Brand Development – Request for Proposals
The San Juan Bay Estuary Partnership (Estuario) seeks proposals from qualified firms/individuals for Brand Development to design a brand and communications content for the Juan Méndez Creek Restoration project that will give it visibility and increase the scope of interaction with communities, collaborators, and other stakeholders. The position is a great opportunity for a creatively minded person with graphic design and communications skills to execute from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
Brand Development to create a project identity for the Juan Méndez Creek Restoration. These services should include a communications guide with recommendations and examples to disseminate the brand, logo, and other information regarding the project, and increase the scope of interactions with communities, collaborators, and donors.
Required Qualifications (Education and Experience):
All applicants will be evaluated and rated based on their demonstrated capability and experience in providing the scope of service(s) to our organization. A panel will review how closely an applicant’s proposal meets the expectations in the following areas:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proposers are to submit complete, detailed responses addressing the scope of service as outlined above. Submittals should be organized in a clear and concise manner within a single electronic binder. The proposal format should be as follows:
Proposer’s Profile: Provide a description of proposer’s track record, including number of years in business, remote capability, organizational structure (e.g., corporation, partnership, sole practitioner, etc.), areas of expertise, etc.
Methodology and Process: Provide a description of the methodology/approach and process that will be taken to carry out the scope of work.
Examples of Similar Work Produced or Services Rendered: Include a summary describing at least one (1) relevant past project. These examples should include a summary of each project, and a sample of the final product.
Appendix/Portfolio: Applicants may provide a portfolio of work, via weblink to highlight the proposer’s past work as applies to this proposed project. Applicants may also use this section to provide any additional information regarding qualifications or methods relevant to this project.
