Content Editor (CCMP Revision)

The San Juan Bay Estuary Partnership (Estuario) is seeking to hire a Content Editor to document a series of public engagement workshops as part of the revision of the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP). The CCMP is the guiding strategic framework for Estuario, establishing the long-term priorities and actions needed to protect, restore, and sustainably manage the San Juan Bay Estuary and its watershed. As this plan is updated, public participation is essential to ensure that its actions reflect current environmental challenges, community needs, and shared priorities across sectors.

As a requirement under the EPA guidelines for CCMP Revisions, a 60-day public review process is needed. Responses to comments should be summarized and made publicly available. Through the public engagement workshops, Estuario aims to present the proposed action plans and create meaningful opportunities for stakeholders and community members to provide input during the public comment period. The Content Editor will be responsible for documenting the discussions, organizing public input, and preparing the summary of comments and responses to upload onto the website.

This work will directly contribute to strengthening the CCMP revision process by ensuring that community and stakeholder feedback is effectively captured, synthesized, and integrated. The Content Editor will ensure that feedback is effectively captured and contributes to strengthening the updated CCMP.
