Manages the Estuary’s financial affairs, and manages federal funds.
Carola has an Associate Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting, both from the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón Campus.
She was an accountant for the Puerto Rico Model Forest Office. She is also currently Auditor for private and government companies.
The San Juan Bay Estuary Partership is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that designs, implements, and provides restorative maintenance in order to improve water quality and ecosystems within the Estuario de la Bahía de San Juan and its basin.
