The Corporation for the Conservation of the San Juan Bay Estuary is designated as a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the United States Federal Code and holds tax-exempt status under section 1101.01(a)(2) of the Puerto Rico Code.
The San Juan Bay Estuary Partnership offers the Certification for Citizen Scientists in its Coastal Resilience Module to high school students (grades 9-12), of public or private schools. These activities may be certified as community service or Contacto Verde hours (as applicable).
