On Wednesday, March 22, 2023, we toured the streets of Old San Juan with an extraordinary group of urban nature enthusiasts, including members of the Community Water Network. During the interpretive tour, we discussed the importance of the hydrographic processes of the estuary basin.
We talked about the water cycle, from its fall as rain through its route to the nearest body of water. We also talked about wastewater management, and how to achieve a better quality of life, by focusing on taking care of our bodies of water.
Water connects us, water is life, water is community!
