The San Juan Bay Estuary Partnership (Estuary) is seeking a Grants Billing and Procurement Officer to join our highly skilled grant management team.
A series of conversations about the environmental, cultural and economic relevance of the estuary from scientific and community perspectives.
Sound Estuary: A variety of voices and perspectives on the importance of the estuary and its diverse dimensions. Deep Estuary: Millie Gil interviews scientists, managers, and environmental and community leaders on various topics related to estuary conservation.
The purpose of this contract is to ensure successful management of grants funded by a variety of donors including government agencies, private donors and others. This will be achieved through the establishment and use of best practice project management systems, providing expert advice on donor requirements and regulations, by supporting contract negotiation and review and by helping to build staff capacity to ensure compliance with contractual and donor regulations.
