If you live, work, or enjoy recreation in the San Juan metropolitan area, help us validate and prioritize the actions we must take to improve and maintain the outdated and dilapidated gray and green infrastructure that negatively impacts water quality and sediments in the estuary bed, as part of the review of the Comprehensive Management and Conservation Plan for the San Juan Bay Estuary, better known as the Estuary Plan.
