On Saturday, September 16, 2023, we supported the 2023 International Coastal Cleanup, an effort led by Scuba Dogs Society, with our collection stations in the Estuarine Nature Reserve of the Condado Lagoon.
We thank the 80 volunteers and entities that accompanied us: Municipality of San Juan, Friends of the Lagoon, Los Tsunamis group, the schools: Cupeyville, St. Johns, Robinson, La Central, School of Mathematical Sciences and Technology San Juan, Papa Juan 23, Bayamón, Juan Ponce de León and Adianez of Guaynabo, PRWEA- PUPR, IIAM, Swana Caribbean, and CESAM.
They collected a total of 40 bags, equivalent to 373.41 lbs. y over 2,800 items.
