October 21, 2021—Observed today, the campaign Imagine a Day Without Water, part of the Value of Water Campaign of the US Water Alliance, It seeks to raise awareness about the importance of prioritizing universal and safe access to water.
Estuario joins this initiative and invites you to imagine a day when we don't have water to drink, cook, or perform other tasks or functions. How would our hospitals or restaurants operate without water, for example?
The worsening climatic conditions caused by global warming have brought this reality to light. Hurricane Maria, for example, highlighted the need to invest in new systems for distributing and managing this resource, one of the focuses of this initiative.
