Glimpses of the Estuary: August 2019

After Hurricane Maria struck Puerto Rico in 2017, the Estuary focused on reducing vulnerability and increasing the resilience of its communities. Two years later, three community resilience centers have been established in Caimito (San Juan), Puente Blanco (Cataño), and Loíza Pueblo (Loíza).
