Scientists, experts, and those knowledgeable about Puerto Rico, help us validate and prioritize the actions we must take to improve and maintain the obsolete and dilapidated gray and green infrastructure that negatively impacts the water quality and sediments of the estuarine bed, as part of the review of the Comprehensive Management and Conservation Plan for the San Juan Bay Estuary, better known as the Estuary Plan.
