Assistant to the Executive Director
He has been in charge of administrative affairs since 1995.
Cathy is the Assistant to the Executive Director of the Estuary. She studied Office Administration at the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón Campus.
She has over 20 years of experience supporting executives, managing office systems, and implementing administrative policies and practices, as well as ensuring compliance with federal aid and accounting principles. She also served as a special assistant to the Secretary of the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources.
