The San Juan Bay Estuary Partnership (Estuary) is seeking a Budget Analyst and Billing Officer to join our highly skilled team.

The San Juan Bay Estuary Partnership (Estuary) requests proposals from locally-based qualified firms and individuals to develop a new web-based app—the Passport to the Estuary. This app will allow users to access information about each of the green spaces that constitute the Urban Forest Network, as well as promote their enjoyment through notifications. The app will also allow the user to input location-based environmental information.

The San Juan Bay Estuary Partnership requests proposals from qualified firms and individuals to develop and integrate a new feature to the existing Estuary mobile application.

The Community Resilience Coordinator will be supporting community resilience activities remotely and using virtual mechanisms to achieve effective communication with communities.

The ideal candidate will have strong work plan development and progress oversight skills. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

The graphic artist will be responsible for evaluating, creating, modifying, or developing educational material in various formats or tools that include, but are not limited to: PDF, JPEG, WORD, PNG, Canva.

The San Juan Bay Estuary (Estuary) requests professional services from a graphic artist to be part of the efforts to reduce and properly manage solid waste on Loíza Street in the Municipality of San Juan.

The San Juan Bay Estuary (Estuary) is launching the Resident Artists Project for the second year in the areas of water conservation, sustainability, economic and cultural empowerment, and access to medical care in the metropolitan region of Puerto Rico.
