The Estuary shares the benefits of urban gardens. These elements, which are fundamental to green infrastructure, contribute to economic development. They foster community organization by increasing activities and promoting healthy eating. They also increase the value of surrounding properties and filter and retain runoff, improving water quality and reducing flooding.
