Estuary Update
Through our weekly update, we share opportunities for collaboration, volunteering, and employment; through initiatives and planned actions that benefit the ecosystems and communities of the San Juan Bay estuary. These activities, tips, and information are for the benefit of everyone.
Last week was Friendship Day! As part of the celebration, we joined the #IHeartEstuaries campaign with the National Association of Estuarine Programs (ANEP), the National Association of Estuarine Research Reserves (NERRA), and Restore America's Estuaries (RAE). The campaign successfully highlighted the importance of our estuaries as ecosystems of ecological, social, and economic value. Look for the hashtag on your favorite platform and see what our sister estuarine programs shared!
