New Citizen Scientists Certification Workshops
Last Wednesday, July 15 2020 a new round of online workshops for citizen scientists began. A total of 102 people participated in Conservación y Manejo de Agua en Puerto Rico, with Citizen Scientists Certification & Water Quality Monitoring Coordinator Harold Manrique, and DRNA Director of Permits & Franchises Nelson Velázquez.
Next will be the Microplastics Module workshop De Desperdicios Sólidos a Microplásticos: Legislaciones y Oportunidades, with Stakeholder & Aquatic Debris Projects Manager Cristina Ramírez and Engineers Hanna Rodriguez and Laura Lugo, members of the Puerto Rico & Caribbean Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of America (SWANA).
It’ll be next Wednesday, July 22 2020, at 3PM via Zoom.
