Estuario is looking for local entities that want to join in supporting the activities of the new Coastal Resilience module of the Scientific Citizens Certification Program.
This new module seeks to develop the capacity in the metropolitan region to implement green infrastructure projects, restore the capacity of ecosystems to provide their services, and strengthen the resilience of their communities. Participants will be provided with tools to take action on the restoration and conservation of tropical ecosystems and the training to develop skills that will allow citizens to obtain a competitive advantage when looking for restoration and resilient reconstruction jobs.
The entity will support this program by providing space for planting materials in their respective establishments, offering space for meetings and collaborating with the communities.
This may be your opportunity to contribute to your entity’s social responsibility program, supporting projects that protect the environment through the conservation of water bodies.
Entities/companies/institutions local to the San Juan Bay Estuary
Remuneration of $5,000 will be awarded to two entities/institutions, for a total of $10,000.
