The community resilience initiative of the Estuario de la Bahía de San Juan Program manages the quality of the water in a complete and comprehensive manner. The goal is to promote economic, cultural, and social development in the communities of the Estuario de la Bahía de San Juan without compromising the value of the ecological resources of the system and its services, and for the enjoyment of future generations.
