Citizen Scientists Certification
On Saturday, July 17 2021 at 9AM, Estuario carried out the Citizen Scientists Certification Introductory Workshop, Introduction to Water Quality Monitoring, with Water Quality Monitoring and Citizen Science Coordinator Harold Manrique, through Zoom. Twenty-three people participated.

Water Quality Monitoring Day of Puerto Rico 2021
Registration process has begun for our annual Water Quality Monitoring Day of Puerto Rico, which will be celebrated this Saturday, August 28, 2021.
Estuario will provide the first training workshop, which aims to explain preparation protocols, handling of monitoring kits and data recompilation and submission before, during and after the event. The first workshop will be provided Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 3PM through Facebook Live.
Estuario Resident Artist
This week, Resident Artist Michelle Malley teaches us how to make tables utilizing old & used glass bottles.

Preparing for the Hurricane Season
We’re in the midst of the Atlantic hurricane season. As part of hazard mitigation efforts, Estuario is enacting a season-wide informative campaign, centered in the promotion of Estuario’s Virtual Resilent Community Hub. The hub continues to be updated with essential information to the public regarding preparation and hazard mitigation management.
