Mangrove planting in Condado Lagoon with students from Academia Espíritu Santo [GALLERY]

August 25, 2023—Over 600 red mangrove seedlings were planted in the Condado Lagoon Natural Estuarine Reserve by students of the Espíritu Santo Academy, as part of the Coastal Resilience Module of Estuario’s Certification for Citizen Scientists.

The San Juan Bay Estuary Partership is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that designs, implements, and provides restorative maintenance in order to improve water quality and ecosystems within the Estuario de la Bahía de San Juan and its basin.
