The Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan of the Estuario de la Bahía de San Juan (CCMP) is the master document that guides our work. It is a product of an arduous process of scientific and civic research and analysis of the Management Conference established in 1993. The CCMP represents the goals for the estuary, as expressed by the communities that are part of the estuarial basin. The document was published in July of 2000. The first update to the plan was completed in 2014, after a review process that started in 2007.
